Dear Travel Company! We were in Toronto July 17-23 and booked two sightseeing tours with your company – Toronto City and Niagara Falls. We would like to emphasize the outstanding knowledge of our tour guide Ludmila (July 19), who showed us the most interesting places in the city which we would have missed if travelling by yourself. She talked about the history of the city, from its establishment until today. She did her outmost to give us as much information as possible about health care, the education system, the municipality and the parliament procedures. For us it was very helpful information since we are university professors specializing in the state and municipal governments. The second tour to Niagara Falls (July 22) we had Mark as the tour guide. His professionalism is worth admiring. The tour was very informative, Mark provided us with comprehensive information about Ontario (and other provinces) concerning the development of industries, the life of working people, the retirees and the children. He informed us about all the festivals and various events held in the region. He also provided a good deal of statistics on any question that we asked. For the first time, from we heard a lot of interesting facts about the war of 1812. It was a real discovery for us. Words are not enough to describe how fascinated we were by Mark. In conclusion, we would like to mentioned  the work of your driver Felix, his concern for the passengers’ safety and attention to elderly tourists! We wish you a lot of clients!
