I would like to express my sincere thanks to IItours and especially to Irina for arrangements made for me while touring Europe. This included a wonderful, warm Michelangelo Hotel in Montecatini Terme along with a an excellent guided bus tours to Siena, San Gemgniano and others. The Hotel was en excellent selection for service, accomodation and a gourmet cheff. Another positive an excellent group, nice, intelligent, warm and not so serious people. Thank you Jeff.
