My name is Igor, I originated from Moscow and presently I am living in Jerusalem, Israel.

Recently, I traveled to North America and spent 6 days in Toronto. On October 15, 2008 my friends booked for me your sightseeing Toronto City Tour.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Irina your tour guide for a wonderful tour. I've heard a lot of negative information about Toronto from my friends, who believe that from different points of view the city is overshadowed by Boston, New York or Montreal. I am glad to say that their opinion proved to be wrong. I came to this conclusion after taking your Toronto City Tour. Irina is a charming and tactful young woman, who does her job efficiently. Sometimes it is difficult to please all people since tourist groups are always different from one day to the next. However, it was really interesting to listen to her narratives. She knows her subject impeccably and most importantly, she loves the city, and she likes to talk about it. Crucial was also her excellent knowledge of the Russian language. For a long period of time I haven’t heard such beautiful and fluent Russian, spoken in pleasant tone without using of crutch words.
