Good afternoon! This year we used the service of your agency once again: August 4 we took a tour "30 000 Islands" and August 6 - "Niagara Falls". The tour guides were different for each tour, but the driver was the same. Felix was all about care, attention, courtesy and gallantry!

Many thanks for your professionalism, respect for those who you work with and love for your work! I met several of your guides – all of them are wonderful professionals and experts in their fields, though for me number one among them is Mark - (unfortunately I don’t know his last name) - he worked with a group of our schoolchildren in July 2010. The children still remember him, even those who have already graduated from high school.
