After lunch, we will head to Bilbao, an important cultural and economic center not only for the Basque Country but all of Spain: the Guggenheim Museum, the old town, Gran Vía, and the Nervión River waterfront. After the stop in Santillana, we continue our journey to Oviedo, the capital of Asturias, and a favorite city of American director Woody Allen. Before arriving, we will visit the small town of Comillas, to see several examples of Art Nouveau architecture, including the "Caprice" villa by Antoni Gaudí. Arrival in Oviedo, check-in at the hotel, and a city tour of Oviedo, the main city of the Principality of Asturias, the birthplace of modern Spanish statehood. Visit to a typical cider production facility with tasting and snacks. Overnight stay in Oviedo.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure with luggage and travel to La Coruña, the largest city in Galicia. Drive along the main promenade and stop at the "Tower of Hercules," the oldest functioning lighthouse in the world, built by the Romans. Proceed to the capital of Galicia, Santiago de Compostela, where pilgrims from all over the world complete their journey to venerate the relics of the Apostle Saint James at the Santiago Cathedral.
We recommend paying attention to the Galician cuisine, famous for its seafood delicacies (oysters, octopus, various shellfish) and exquisite Albariño white wine. Therefore, we will visit an authentic restaurant for a tasting of the popular octopus dish. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Santiago de Compostela.
