We invite you to embark on an exciting journey through Montreal, where every step is imbued with the magic of art and history. In this captivating tour, you'll enjoy strolling through the streets of Montreal, immersing yourself in its unique atmosphere and charm. But the main events await you in the heart of the city: visiting a unique exhibition of Flemish art, which will transport you to the era of great masters and inspire your imagination, as well as participating in an exhilarating show at Notre-Dame Basilica, where sounds, light, and architectural splendor combine into a unique spectacle. Day 1

Departure from Toronto: We depart from Toronto in the morning, heading towards an exciting adventure in Montreal.

Arrival in Montreal around 2pm: Around 2 pm, we arrive in Montreal, immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of this cultural and historical city.

Free time on Saint Catherine Street: You'll have about three hours of free time to stroll along the trendy pedestrian street of Saint Catherine, known for its shops, boutiques, restaurants, and street art projects.

Check-in at the hotel: After exploring Saint Catherine, we check into our hotel in the heart of the city, where you can relax and prepare for the next exciting moment of our tour.

Show at Notre-Dame Basilica: Around 6 pm, we attend an amazing show at Notre-Dame Basilica, which will immerse us in the world of music, light, and architectural splendor of this historic place.

Day 2

Breakfast: We start the day with breakfast at the hotel, getting ready for new adventures in Montreal.

Visit to Mount Royal: At 9 am, we head to the top of Mount Royal, the city's most famous lookout point, where we'll enjoy a stunning view of the majestic city of Montreal with its rooftops and colorful neighborhoods.

Montreal Museum of Fine Arts: After enjoying the view, we head to the Museum of Fine Arts, where we'll find a unique exhibition of Flemish artists "Three Hundred Years of Flemish Masterworks," organized by the Denver Art Museum and the Phoebus Foundation from Antwerp, Belgium. We'll explore a world-class collection of early Flemish art, immerse ourselves in the Southern Netherlands during a period of dynamic development in society, science, economy, and art, and see works by masters of the 15th to 17th centuries - Hans Memling, Peter Paul Rubens, Anthony van Dyck, Jacob Jordaens, and Michaelina Wautier.

Free time in the Old Port area: After visiting the museum, you'll have time for your own leisure activities in the Old Port area: you can buy souvenirs, enjoy the atmosphere of street cafes, or taste local delicacies.

Departure to Toronto: Around 3 pm, we begin our journey back to Toronto, carrying with us vivid impressions and memories of two unforgettable days in Montreal.

 

Tour cost in Canadian dollars per person, double occupancy: $570.00

Single supplement fee: $100.00

Tour price includes:transportation service on a comfortable bus, accommodation in a hotel (1 night), 1 breakfast, guided sightseeing program with a professional licensed Russian-speaking guide, entrance tickets, taxes.
